She has a bachelor's degree in special education and had 14 years of center management experience before coming to KinderCare! She has taught almost every age group before becoming a manager. The bulk of her teaching experience was as a Kindergarten teacher. Her seasoned experience in management makes her an effective leader. She has brought light and new life to the Monroe KinderCare and plans on continuing the excitement and enthusiasm at this center.</p>

She has direct experience working with families on development and parenting skills. Alissa has eleven years experience working at a Center doing everything from bookkeeping to working in the classrooms. She brings lots of energy and zest for this field.</p>

    <p><!--block-->Miss Cynthia comes to us with over 29+ years experience working with young children. She has a teenage daughter of her own and is such a great asset to KinderCare and works in our Discovery Preschool room.</p>

    <p><!--block-->Ms. Danielle has her bachelor's degree and her child development associate. Danielle has experience with all age groups. She has decided to take over as one of the lead teachers in our Infant room and has really excelled in her role.</p>
